What Our Tenants Say About Epic
“It
was time for us to move to premises that reflected the
aspirations of the business.” “Clients visiting us are
really impressed with where we are and the move itself has been
like a shot in the arm. It also gives us the opportunity to
expand the business and take on more staff.” - James Brack,
Dreamscape Design.
Oil & Gas Management Solutions Limited began trading from the Eliot Park Innovation Centre in April 2007.
During our search for an office we were seeking a modern facility that offered a clean, light and airy work space, an up-to-date communications system, ease of access from airports and the motorway network, access to our office 24 hours a day 7 days a week and facilities within where a company like ours could meet its clients who view imagine as importantly as the work we do.
Having been in residence for just a few months and having utilised the facilities on offer, we are convinced we made the right choice. This is further supported by the positive feed-back we have received from our clients and visitors alike, a number of which have remarked on the energy saving heating and lighting systems used throughout the building. In fact, one of our clients is so impressed by the facilities on offer they are considering relocating to the building in the next few months.
OGMS are currently in discussions with the building’s onsite management team with a view to moving into a larger facility, as since our arrival in April we have secured two additional contracts.
OGMS are delighted with the facility and subject to our continual success, will be residents at the Innovation Centre for many years to come. Mr. Ross Wall Operations Director - OGMS
“We’ve definitely won new business on the back of being able to
offer top notch training at our premises,” - Jon keswick,
Exida.

"We needed a base that made a statement
about our business and epic certainly does that. The green
credentials of the building sit very comfortably with local
universities so the business, research and design support was a
key factor in locating here." - Neil Franklin, Hitachi Tool
